Shipping & Returns

For shipping within Australia, we charge a flat rate $10 per order for delivery by Australia Post. Courier service or Express Post can also be arranged; please leave a comment when checking out.

For international orders, we charge a rate of $20 AUD for the first tapestry and then $10 AUD for each additional tapestry. Shipping is via Australia Post Air Mail. Insurance is available by request.

Returns can only be processed when accompanied by your original receipt. In the case of defective items, we will be happy to replace it or refund the purchase price. We do not refund if you simply change your mind, purchase the wrong item, or purchase too many items. In those instances we can exchange the items or supply you with a credit note you can use whenever you choose.
